Stap 3: Registreer uw bedrijf

Stap 4: Schrijf je in bij de Kamer van Koophandel

Upon company registration, register with your local chamber of commerce to access networking opportunities and essential services. 

Stap 5: Levensmiddelen registreren bij de gemeente Dubai

Before importing food products, register with Dubai Municipality’s Food Control Department through the FIRS system. Then, follow the detailed online registration process and obtain access to the system. Provide detailed product information and submit necessary laboratory certificates. Your product will undergo a label assessment. Await confirmation or address any rejection reasons provided by Dubai Municipality.

Stap 6: Verkrijg extra certificaten (indien nodig)

Na de labelbeoordeling kan het zijn dat voor bepaalde voedingsmiddelen een aanvullend gezondheidscertificaat nodig is. In dat geval kun je dit regelen via het FIRS-systeem.

Stap 7: Importverzoeken indienen

Zodra alle registratieprocessen zijn voltooid, kun je je eerste invoeraanvraag indienen in het FIRS-systeem. Geef de vereiste gegevens op, zoals de haven van binnenkomst, het nummer van de luchtvrachtbrief en het land van herkomst.

Step 8: Goods Inspection and Clearance  Goods

Upon arrival, goods will undergo inspection to ensure compliance. Pay customs duty and proceed with clearing the products for distribution. Finally, you can get partner retailers and open your own online or brick and mortar store.
