ApolloGo Establishes a Dubai Entity with Support from NH Management
Dubai, UAE – September 2025 – ApolloGo, Baidu’s autonomous ride-hailing division, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to pilot 100 autonomous taxis in 2025, with plans to scale to more than 1,000 vehicles by 2030 in support of the emirate’s smart-mobility vision. Prior to participating in the Dubai World Congress 2025 for Autonomous Mobility and entering into the MoU, ApolloGo completed business incorporation in Dubai and obtained the appropriate activity classification and trade licence required for autonomous mobility initiatives. NH Management advised ApolloGo on UAE entity formation, regulatory alignment & approvals, and RTA pathways, helping ensure the initiative proceeded in accordance with local requirements.
